The bungalow at Old Hall Country Breaks was cozy and comfortable, with a touch of rustic charm. The seating area was perfect for lounging and relaxing, and the tea/coffee maker was a bonus for a caffeine lover like me. And can we talk about the toaster? It made breakfasts feel like a homecooked treat!
Personally, I would have preferred a larger seating area, but that's just my preference. Others might still find it perfectly adequate.

The hosts made us feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The cozy living room and spacious bedrooms were beautifully decorated with stylish and chic furnishings. We loved spending time with the animals on the property, including dogs, chickens, horses, goats, and donkeys. The local beaches were clean and quiet, perfect for a peaceful day out. The extra hamper we ordered was filled with yummy goodies and the overall experience made us want to come back.
Felt very much at home, no complaint.

We had a magical Christmas stay at this tranquil and secluded retreat. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The attention to detail was exceptional, with personal touches such as a Christmas tree in our room and festive music playing throughout. We enjoyed feeding the rescue donkeys and indulging in the fresh eggs provided for breakfast. The house and gardens were beautifully designed, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, even arranging a riding lesson for us at a nearby equestrian center. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom spacious, with high-quality toiletries. Fruit, port, and other thoughtful amenities were also provided. Although the kitchenette was a bit basic for full self-catering, it was perfect for preparing breakfast or a light snack. The only downside was the limited lighting in the kitchen area, making it a bit challenging to cook and wash up. However, under normal circumstances, with restaurants available, this wouldn't have been an issue. The location is ideal for exploring the surrounding area, although traffic on the coastal roads can get busy. Despite this, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Old Hall Country Breaks for a magical getaway.
